JWS45 / 25 Single-screw Extruder for Ultra High Molecular Weight
Polyethylene (UHMW-PE)
该挤出机采用具有我司专利的螺杆和机筒结构，可用于加工150 万以上分子量的粉料，克服了因流动性差、易降解导致力学性能下降等问题，使设备挤出过程中塑化性好，生产较稳定。另外该挤出机采用高效节能电机驱动装置、红外节能加热圈，有效降低了生产能耗。该设备具有结构紧凑，外形美观，占用空间小，操作方便等优点，可用于生产各种小型的板材、型材、棒材制品。
The extruder has our patented design for screw and barrel ,which can be used to process more than 1.5 million molecular of the powder material. By overcoming poor flow ability, Mechanical properties decreasing due to easy degradation, etc, The extruder can have stable output and reliable plasticization during production.
Also the extruder equips high efficient and energy saving driving motor , infrared energy-saving heaters, reducing energy consumption.
The extruder has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small space, easy operation etc, can be used to produce a variety of small plates, profiles, rods products.
