XRD1500 双辊单轴撕碎机 Double Single Shaft Shredder Machine

双辊单轴撕碎机使用范围：
针对塑料薄膜，编织袋，吨包袋，皮革厂边角料，无纺布，大棚膜，渔网，废弃纺织物等撕碎，采用双单轴刀轴结构撕碎，对比传统的双轴撕碎机，能够把物料撕碎的更碎；对比传统的单轴撕碎机，能够大大提高撕碎产量。我公司独特的刀轴设计，避免了撕碎薄膜时缠轴现象的发生。
特点：
1.双单轴刀辊设计，加大产量。刀轴由整体45#钢锻打成型，经过CNC加工中心一体加工而成。整体刀轴经过淬火处理，整体刀轴无焊点。
2. 撕碎机由动刀盘和定刀组成，完成切碎物料功能。刀盘由基轴和数把形状为四边形动刀块组成。动刀块有4个刃口，更换使用。动刀块沿基轴成V型多排排列，并用螺钉固定在基轴上，同基轴一起转动，组成动刀盘。静刀有两组，固定在机架上。物料由水平液压缸推动向刀盘方向送料。速度平稳可调，推进力大而均匀。适用于回收各种大块实心体材料、不规则难处理材料、塑料容器及塑料桶、管、薄膜、纤维、纸张等。主轴转速为45~100转/分。
3.整机刀轴与减速机链接方式，采用知名品牌联轴器链接。整机运转起来更加稳定坚固。
4.动刀片采用D2材质，耐磨性完全优于传统Cr12Mov和SKDII刀头。
Feature & Function:
1. Shredder’s blades structure are made by two single-shaft rotor which is the same with single shaft rotor. Each rotor are by 45# steel after hot-forged and CNC machining to make sure it can work long time.
2. Single shaft shredder consists of a knife disc and a static knife to complete shredding material. Cutter is composed of a base shaft and several shape quadrilateral knife block. The knife block has 4 blades, can be replacing the use of. The knife block along the axis of the base is in multiple rows into type V, and fixed with screws in the radical axis, rotated with the based shaft together, finally comprise a knife disc. The two static knife is fixed on the machine frame. The material is sent to the cutter by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsive force is large and uniform. It is applicable to the recovery of a variety of bulk solid materials, refractory materials, irregular plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper etc. Spindle speed is 45 ~ 100 rpm/min.
3. Connect the rotor and machine gearbox by coupling to make sure running stably and well.
4. We use better blades which is made by D2 material that much better than Cr12Mov and SKDII.
