 Reiloy 高耐磨性螺杆


双合金螺杆

螺纹区域是螺杆上所受到压力最大的地方，其表面的1.5-3mm厚的涂层可以有效的防止磨损和腐蚀。双合金螺杆通过表面喷涂等离子粉末，并且整个螺杆表面进行离子氮化，同时镀硬铬以保护螺杆。


全硬工具钢螺杆
Reiloy运用PM-HIP合金生产高耐磨性螺杆。由于PM-HIP技术允许更高的合金含量，因此Reiloy螺杆相对于传统普通钢材所生产的螺杆更具有耐磨性。
